Irises are freshly dug just prior to shipping. They are cleaned, labeled true to name, and healthy when shipped. If there are any problems, or the plants do not arrive in good condition, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of shipment, and we will replace any plant you are not happy with. However, we cannot be held responsible for growing conditions, soil type, loss over winter, climate in your area, or other conditions beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee reblooming irises to rebloom – they will rebloom only if the conditions for rebloom are present. Those irises listed as rebloomer can and do rebloom for many of our customers.
If you receive an Iris that proves not to be true to name, please contact me and I will replace it during the next shipping season.
